Office Property Search

Build Generation works with a whole host of agents and property procurement managers to ascertain the perfect space for our clients.

Alongside this process, our designers and surveyors can conduct a series of audits and studies to get an overview of your company culture and way of working in order to understand how your space is used by each department in your business.

This process is tried and tested and results in securing the perfect building for our clients.

Design & build feasibility review

The first step of the project begins with our initial meeting where we discuss your requirements, needs and ideas such as size of the property, occupancy rates, mechanical, electrical & data requirements, mood & feel and future expansion needs.

 

This is an overall creative brainstorming session from which we develop initial space plan sketches, building review checks for suitability & any legal requirements and overall scope for our client’s needs.

Site Surveys & Dilapidations

The process of moving office can be hugely bothersome with dilapidations at your existing office and a schedule of conditions required for your new premises.

At Build Generation, we can provide a competitive cost for the dilapidations works and advice on landlord negotiations. Creating a Schedule of Conditions for your new office is also a standard practice for us.

Project management

Build Generation’s experienced project managers ensure all of our projects are delivered exactly to your specifications through teamwork, total transparency and full appreciation of ‘value engineering’ throughout the whole design & build process.

Procurement

Build Generation have no ties to any individual furniture or finishes supplier giving us the ability to cater to our client’s needs.

The procurement of furniture will usually start with a furniture showroom visit, followed by subsequent costs and, finally, client approval.

Special Projects & Services

At Build Generation, we take our client relationships very seriously and aim to satisfy our clients’ needs to the point where they know they can always rely on us.

Our Special Projects and Services include on-going client support, future expansion consultation and small works in your new premises.

By offering post project workplace support, we hope to ensure the effective ongoing performance of our client’s new space until they are ready for their next move.

The decision on finishes is similar to the procurement of furniture.

Following a brief from the client, our designers will produce an appropriate selection of aesthetics and samples, within the client’s budget, to develop the final look and feel with the client over a series of design development meetings.

Construction

One of the main advantages of appointing a design & build company is that whether we are constructing a reception lobby, CAT A refurbishments or a full CAT B fitout, the project is delivered flawlessly ‘in-house’ from inception to completion. This allows for quicker delivery at a lower cost.

Build Generation is also a CHAS  accredited company. We take pride in our high Health & Safety standards on site and all our site managers have their SMSTS certificates.

Post completion

At Build Generation we evaluate our projects at each key stage of the process – pre-construction, during construction and post construction – making certain our client’s needs are met each step of the way.

Our post-completion evaluation not only assists in our own development as a business, ensuring the level of service and project delivery is to the Build Generation standard, but also establishes with our clients that each project is a complete partnership.
