Creating A Flexible and Brand-driven Office Space
In 2018, Heart of London appointed Buildgen as their Design and Build project partner for a new office space in the heart of the West End business district. Five years later, we were excited to once again partner with them for another office fit-out in the same vibrant area.
The challenge with this project was creating a space that was not only flexible and adaptable for day-to-day operations but also versatile enough to host member events and committee meetings. Our design and construction teams worked closely together to make the most of the available floor plate, ensuring that every area could be easily reconfigured to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
The final design not only provided the required flexibility but also reinforced Heart of London's strong brand identity throughout the space. By balancing functionality with design, we created an office that seamlessly supports both collaborative work and formal events.
