After successfully designing and building Finn Partners’ office at Wenlock Road six years ago, Buildgen was thrilled to work with them once again on their new office space. Having partnered with Finn Partners for over eight years, we were excited to continue this long-standing relationship and help them create an office that perfectly suited their evolving needs.

This project was especially exciting for our design team, as we worked closely with Finn Partners' ‘Change Champions’ through remote design workshops. These sessions allowed staff to have a direct influence on the design and layout of their new space, ensuring the final result was tailored to their specific needs and work culture.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, our team remained committed to delivering the project on time and within budget. We successfully completed the office fit-out during lock down, strictly adhering to government COVID-secure workplace guidelines, and ensuring the safety of everyone involved.

This project was a testament to the power of collaboration, resilience, and adaptability. We’re proud to have played a part in Finn Partners’ continued growth and are excited to see how their new office will support their team for years to come.
