Creating ChemChina's Future-ready European Headquarters
ChemChina partnered with Buildgen to design, project manage, and deliver their European Headquarters, a project that required a high level of coordination and expertise. The collaboration between ChemChina and our team ensured that every detail was carefully considered and executed to create a space that reflected their corporate identity and supported future growth.
One of the key challenges was integrating a complex IT, cabling, and AV solution that would meet the needs of ChemChina’s cutting-edge operations. Our team worked closely with theirs to ensure a seamless integration, providing a reliable and future-proof infrastructure.
The design of the front-of-house areas was inspired by the corporate identity established at ChemChina’s Singapore office, bringing a consistent brand experience across global locations. The open-plan office and trading floor were designed with flexibility in mind, ensuring they could easily accommodate future expansion as the business continues to grow.
The result is a modern, functional, and dynamic office space that not only supports ChemChina’s operations today but is also ready for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.
